Since joining SWBC in 2008, Jonathan has partnered with employers across a wide range of industries to maximize the value of their benefits investments. By taking the time to understand each client's unique goals, workforce priorities, and company culture, he implements both short-term and long-term strategies that support business objectives while enhancing employee benefits programs. Leveraging his industry knowledge, he analyzes claims data, monitors trends, and identifies opportunities to strengthen plan performance and manage costs. Through SWBC's extensive network of carrier partners and more than 150 plan offerings, Jonathan and his team provide comprehensive benefits packages tailored to meet the diverse needs of employers and their employees. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University and previously served on the Sam Houston State University Alumni Association Board of Directors and the San Antonio Meals on Wheels Board of Directors.
