Today, we’re excited to share a major step forward in that mission: the launch of our enhanced borrower portal—an intuitive digital solution designed to significantly streamline the payment protection claims process.
This upgraded experience empowers borrowers to submit their claims entirely online, upload required documents, access forms in English or Spanish, and benefit from faster processing times. A Faster, More Accessible Way to File Claims
The enhanced borrower portal gives payment protection customers a simple, guided online pathway to submit claims from any device. Instead of relying on paper forms or in-branch visits, borrowers can now complete everything digitally—saving time and reducing friction.

New Spanish-Language Claim Forms
To better serve the growing number of Spanish-speaking borrowers nationwide, the portal now includes fully fillable Spanish-language claim forms that support e-signatures. This ensures users can navigate the process confidently in the language they prefer.
