Staci Loalbo, RN

Staci Loalbo, RN, serves as SWBC’s Director of Wellness. Since launching her career in 2011, she has brought over 14 years of diverse nursing experience. Her clinical background spans a wide range of roles, including Neonatal ICU Nurse, High-Acuity Adult Psychiatric Nurse, Bedside Nurse, Nurse Case Manager, Director of Nursing, and Clinical Nurse Consultant. In her consulting role, she played a key part in developing and improving nursing programs for pediatric home health agencies. At SWBC, Staci leads employee wellness initiatives, encouraging engagement in employer-sponsored health programs and cultivating a culture of well-being. She stays current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure wellness strategies remain effective and relevant. In addition to her nursing credentials, Staci holds a General Lines Life and Health Insurance license. Her combined expertise in healthcare and insurance enables her to guide clients and their employees in navigating wellness solutions that support holistic health.
