Connor Roy is an Employee Benefits Consultant at SWBC who joined the team in 2020. He has a degree in Sports Management from Lubbock Christian University, and has over 7 years of experience in different aspects of professional services. Connor helps businesses throughout the United States by strategically consulting employers with their benefits program to ensure they’re providing the best, most comprehensive, and cost-effective overall work experience possible. In his free time, Connor enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as, coaching Select Travel Baseball for the South Texas Sliders.
