Since joining SWBC in 1990, he has focused on building long-term partnerships with lenders, specifically credit unions and banks, by helping them reach the highest level of success. His vast experience has made him an expert at helping financial institution reduce expenses, increase lending activities, and generate non-interest income, while at the same time, managing risk and maintaining regulatory compliance.
